Slow and Steady

The slow adding of all the old Blogger posts continues. Thankfully changing the Theme a couple of days back has sorted out alot of the formatting problems, so it’s mainly a case of sorting out the categories and tags for all of them. Time consuming, yes, but will be worth it once done.  And if anyone knows of a plugin, add-on or any other way of batch categorizing or tagging posts in Wordpress then please feel free to share. Unfortunately, have also had to remove some of the Youtube clips. In most cases, you’ll probably never even knew they were there but in one or two cases, it’s a bit more obvious.

Going back through all the old posts seems strange. Almost like reading the thoughts and opinions of some long lost relative or friend you haven’t seen for a long time and you don’t really remember that well. While I’m not exactly going to start going all Woody Allen on you and start Pyschoanalysing myself, I will be mining a few of those old articles for things to write here, including one slightly interesting piece I started, completely forgot about and never finished. It’s not going to reveal some hideous truth about a well-known politician but it will act as an interesting window on the past, at least when it comes to Liverpool FC.

If at first

Seem to be getting in the swing of things where my new humble Interweb home is concerned.

All the old posts from the old Blogger TSA have been imported over; some can be read, some of them have beed deleted and some of them need editing for sorting out formatting and such. So, if you suddenly saw a glut of posts on the feed for here and are getting a load of 404s, then that is probably why.

Also, decided I didn’t like that design I’d found, so have changed again. Took alot of swearing in the process to get the files uploaded via FTP but am quite pleased with the result.  Though I said that about the last theme and it lasted a couple of days, so see how we go with this one.
